Jacqueline has a strong mantle upon her life to challenge believers to live holy, mature spiritually and operate in their spiritual gifts.  Jacqueline believes in the five- fold ministry gifts of the Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers for the perfecting of the saints for the work of the ministry.  She believes in impartation and activation through preaching, teaching and laying on of hands.  On January 24, 1992, after being bound by drugs for over 15 years she received a visitation from the Lord and was immediately set free.  Jacqueline was a dedicated member at Monument of Faith Evangelistic Church for 7 years under the leadership of Apostle Richard Daniel Henton, where a strong foundation was laid in her and where she was taught holiness and spiritual warfare.  Jacqueline Kennedy later moved her membership to Crusaders Church under the leadership of Apostle John Eckhardt where she had the ability to learn more about flowing in the prophetic and deliverance.  Jacqueline has been ministering for over 26 years and has over 18 years of experience in teaching on deliverance and the prophetic.  In 1994, Jacqueline Kennedy started preaching at a homeless shelter where she had the ability to see many lives transformed.  In March 2001, Jacqueline Kennedy opened up her first homeless shelter for homeless men.  April 2002, she opened You Can Make It Outreach Ministry and a homeless shelter for homeless women.  July 2003, she was funded by Chicago Department of Family & Support Services to open a 30-bed shelter for homeless women and children that grew to become a 120- bed shelter for women and children.  Jacqueline has over 13 years of experience in proposal writing, budget preparation; administration and making sure her shelters were in compliance with HUD’s fiscal and programmatic auditing requirements.  December 2018, Apostle Jacqueline was launched into full-time ministry but still offers her services to the homeless population because it is and always will be a passion of hers.  Apostle’s motto is “I will never give up on anybody"
